A little extra stuff over what has already been mentioned. I had some ugly, crappy, hard skin on my knees for a while and painted my knees for 5 days in a row and came out with my knees looking 10 years younger. Pinkcat, I may have to resort to getting her a separate set just for her use. It is so funny, she is so into what I am doing with all the cleansing, she gets upset if I try something new and don’t include her. So we now do everything together.....except the castor oil pack! I have been using it on some wrinkles I have around my mouth that really bother me ever since I read it was good about 30 days ago. I am amazed at the result. I was going to try natural vitamin C (in a self-guided fashion) along with my own L-Proline and L-Lysine supplements (1g per day)) and mineral supplements to gauge the effect (as well as pantethine in equivalent doses) I take a lot of Vitamin C 6000 mgs and L=lysine 6,000 mgs. I take it to keep my arteries clean. Especially being hypothyroid. It really works for that let me say, but i’m not sure I noticed any improvement in the wrinkling of my skin from taking it. Hi, I’ve had eczema on my face for many years. it’s been pretty much gone (occassionaly get a little bit itchy, but nothing serious) for a long time, but it has left my skin very damaged and wrinkled. There are lots of small wrinkles on my face and the skin has no elasticity. It makes me look really horrible and makes me really depressed...I’d like to stress that the skin is not dry, just very wrinkled.
