Hi Ananda7 I would agree with #76749 about veterinary standard DMSO. What you have to realize is that DMSO has only been approved by the FDA as an organ preservative for people having transplant operations. If you notice people who offer pure DMSO do not say anything about the use of the product-they can’t. The only other recommendation that I can make to you is to try to purchase pure DMSO from companies that also offer other types of topical DMSO (similar to your aloe Vera and DMSO cream). I’d be weary of taking DMSO to a therapeutic dosage as you would MSM. I also know that you have to clean the skin well with DMSO so as not to create a speed track to bacteria getting under your skin. I know that when you dose several spots on your body with DMSO at one time, I personally, had a cleansing reaction that was a little intense. When I take large doses of MSM - I don’t have that problem at all. I was, however, recently wondering about different recipes for using dmso. Hello Redmon, There is no doubt that DMSO can be effective. However, DMSO is an anti oxidant. When you mix it with the chlorous acid solution, a lot of the free chlorine dioxide is used up. DMSO also has a PH of about 9 - 10, which reduces the PH of the chlorous acid solution making it less effective at producing chlorine dioxide. Now it may be that DMSO can bind with chlorine dioxide, but what is in the actual solution after DMSO is added to a MMS dose? I do not think it really matters but the drinkable DMSO is diluted (usually 70/30 water(distilled,no tap) Ultra pure DMSO (99.98 % does not have a strong garlic smell as the other DMSO(99.9% which IS the INDUSTRIAL grade despite their bogus claims;this is why it is much cheaper too) You can also buy the PET DMSO-it is 99.97% pure.. I have Dupuytren’s contracture and am currently using DMSO and SSKI applied topically, I would also like to mix Vitamin E 70,000 IU with the DMSO and SSKI to make the process easier and more effective. Does anyone know if the Vitamin E can be mixed with the DMSO, I have tried applying the Vitamin E and then using the DMSO over it, that doesn’t seem to work very well as the DMSO just beads up over the oil. The treatment for interstitial cystitis is DMSO, I believe. Lugol’s and Dmso should be a winner. You should definitely restart the selenium before starting the iodine and Dmso with 8 ounces of water. When looking into DMSO application I ran across the warning that DMSO may be capable to drag also unwanted material, including fungi sperms beyond the cell membrane barrier. I do believe it might help. you may also want to look into DMSO, a sulfur based compound. Parkinson’s is associated with the dampening of the neurotransmitter called acetylcholine. this could be the result of many years of exposure to pesticides in small amounts.
