Re: colosan while PB shaking
by shelleycat 20 y
You can take colosan while taking fiber but not clay, as the clay could interfere with the action of the colosan. Best to take the fiber during the day, and then dose up on the colosan at night so it works while you’re sleeping. Some of the mucilogous (sp?) herbs might interfere too, but I’m not sure. You can try doing kinesiology and see if the herbs are right for you, while you’re taking Colosan. :)

Re: Can you do Colosan with psyllium?
by #21277 19 y
My understanding is that taking a bulking agent like psylium fiber with an oxygenating colon cleanser like colosan will be wasteful; P&B shakes work by bulking up bowels and scraping the intestine walls while colosan liquifies the bowels so P&B might not do its job with colosan.
I’m currently taking parasite cleanser with a fiber colon cleanser (which is the suggested method); not sure if there are any interactions between clarkia and colosan.

Hi Sunita
Just saw your message now, not sure if you’ve started on the Colosan or not - I have used Colosan in the past and no parasties came out at all - I wasn’t even aware that Colosan could do this, Iwould have thought that you would have needed the necessary herbs for this. I wouldn’t worry about it and carry on with the Colosan, but from my experience you will only clear your bowel of waste matter.
Hope this helps

Colosan turns the undigested material into CO2, waste and water. Colosan is a cathartic and initially will give you liquid stools. This is a sign that the product is working. From what I have read, if the body is low in magnesium, then it would absorb the magnesium from the Colosan first, then the Colosan would produce the watery BMS.
I thought this was what happened with the first use of Colosan, but I tried the Colosan again a week after and had the same result. I find it hard to believe that I depleted such a large amount of magnesium in one week, especially since I supplement with magnesium citrate on a regular basis.

Re: shelley--will it help to add colosan????
by shelleycat 20 y
Colosan and Oxy-powder don’t mix well with bentonite clay. Bentonite clay covers the walls of the intestine and gently works off any impacted fecal matter. Colosan/Oxy will try to do their thing, which is to release oxygen that dissolves the fecal matter,a nd the clay will be there in the way. So if you wish to mix both, don’t use the clay. Or do an entire bottle of Colosan only, then switch back to fiber shakes.

Dear Dianna,
Colosan consists of magnesium oxides. These are molecular structures that break up when in contact with the citrus or other acids taken straight afterwards. The magnesium relaxes the bowel and removes waste and the large quantities of the released oxygen cleanses, detoxifies and heals the instestinal tract. By doing do it combines also with hydrogen and turns into water. The water rehydrates the bowel and helps to dispel the waste. Colosan is neither a laxative, nor is it a radical, harsh bowel cleanser. It gradually dissolves waste and removes it savely without causing da ...

Not so much the oxygen but the toxins it disturbs and the magnesium that causes the oxygenation.
As the impacted fecal matter is broken up, the bacteria is free to enter the bloodstream. That’s why it’s good to do Colosan in conjunction with colonic irrigations - they all just get taken out before they can enter the bloodstream.
Colosan uses a lot of magnesium to oxygenate the colon. Twitching in the extremeties is usually a sign of either magnesium or calcium/potassium imbalance. It could be that you need to support the balance by taking in extra calcium while you take colosan. Yo ...

Re: colason + colema board use
by shelleycat 20 y
Best to stop Colosan but keep using the colema board, as that will truly flush things right out of you ASAP. the Colosan will simply try to dissolve it, which may actually make it easier for the toxins to reenter the bloodstream. Just flush. Take a break from Colosan. Resume a day or so after the flush. Especially if you take Epsom salts or another kind of magnesium, like mag citrate, to relax the bile ducts - Colosan is a kind of mag too, so you may be overdosing on magnesium.
