I think a lot of the reasons why ACV users don’t return so often as other forums:
A. I believe that ACV is the perfect food as medicine for many who swear by it and with little additions of spices, juice, or herbs to one’s individual taste, perhaps there is not much need to continue using an ongoing support system such as an Apple Cider Vinegar Support Forum, after discovering ACV works for them? Many people may figure out that ACV really is like having a whole medicine cabinet for their bodies and they go on to different things in their life other than health related things.

hey all!Im new into this forum.Last week, i had tried taking ACV.Here’s what i did;
2 TBS ACV into 1.5 litre of water and i was sipping all day long for 2 days.
And then next day, i started taking 2 TBS acv in 8oz of water 2 x a day for 2 days.

If you’ve got Candida in your Large Intestine, ACV Enemas will absolutley knock a ton of it loose. I know because I’ve expelled lots and lots of Candida with ACV Enemas. You have to be carefull with ACV because too much could damage the lining of your colon. You also need to make sure you do a final rense followed by an enema with probiotics.
1 Tablespoon of ACV in 1 Quart of water is probably a safe amount. I’ve used 2 Tablespoons in the past and was expelling Candida all night! Unfortunately, ACV Enemas won’t have any affect on the Candida in your small colon.

Your first mistake was eating the popcorn and then taking the ACV!!!!
Popcorn causes the body to become Acidic and upset the different Mineral ratios to each other!!
And when you added the ACV on top of this, the ACV made it worse, because you did not have enough Alkaline Mineral Reserves in the ACV or in your body to overcome the Acidity!!
You may get better results with the ACV by taking one tablespoon full of it in 8oz glass of water and mix in one tablespoon full of pure blackstrap molasses and mix these together before drinking!!

Taking anything beyond moderation, without checking in with your body, could lead to unwanted results. If I had a life threatening disease, I might take more ACV then I do but I only use ACV to get myself back in alignment.
Following anything blindly and not taking a look inside to see if it is right for you is not the way to do anything in my estimation. Hi,
As per the excellent advice on this board i ordered ACV from M&M Natural foods LTD.
My fault but I ordered by mistake ACV and honey combined 50-50, is this OK or should i get just ACV on its own.
I thought it was going to come ACV and honey in separate pots, i am sure it was my fault and did not make it clear to him, he is a really lovely guy by the way.

A month ago I could take the littlest bit of ACV and have fast constipation relief, within the past two-three weeks it has completely stopped working.
Im pretty sure I have a large amount of parasites and the reason ACV worked is that it attacked them and their toxins, maybe the parasites built up an immunity to ACV.
Whats weird is that, since the ACV stopped working, Iv been having insane sugar cravings which lead me to gorging. After I eat myself silly I feel like im stoned just from the sugar

ACV can act as an antimicrobial so it is likely acting as that. It is also a probiotic which helps populate good bacteria. Perhaps your problem is not parasitic but rather bacterial or yeast since ACV is not known to kill larger parasites.
I would continue the ACV and consider increasing sIgA by taking colostrum with Vitamins A & D if the ACV stops working.

My right and left edges were also cured but then I started using acv . I used it for 2 weeks but I made a mistake. I used to swish acv in my mouth and which caused an ulcer in my mouth and the healed part stared peeling again . so dont let acv touch the inside part of your mouth . I guess it was a candida infection because acv killed all good bacteria in my mouth.

Hi guys. I posted in the bone spur forum and did not get a response. I decided to post here because I know ACV is good for candida and figured you guys would know a lot about ACV (plus theres a lot more traffic in this forum)
Can ACV be applied externally on the spine? I have bone spurs on my spine and was trying acv and various other herbs to elpiminate them. I know people apply acv externally on the heel to eliminate spurs but can it be applied externally on the spine with all the nerves and everything there?

okie, here’s the update for me.Ive been taking ACV for exactly 10 days,(in those period i started wt 2 tbs a day then switched to 4 tbs in 2 glass of water and later add started adding BS)

what I have read is that instead of taking plain ACV+water, its a good idea to react ACV with Baking Soda. A lot of CO2 is released in the reaction and the acetic acid and malic acid in ACV is converted in ”Na-Acetate” and ”Na-Malate” which are alkaline form. Also this will not hurt the stomach.
As long as body has enough bi-carbonates, it will convert the acid to alkaline form. But if one takes lot of ACV or lemon juice, it will not only harm the teeth, but make the body more acidic.
ACV has a pH of arnd 3 or something. Add BS, to raise the PH to upto 7. this is healthier than ...

The problem would not be from using the peroxide as a spritz in the mouth, generally speaking !
But, it could be from a combination of things, including the ACV, if more was taken than what the foods you are eating have enough extra Alkaline Minerals in them to react against this extra ACV !
Another question I am going to need to ask, is are you sure the ACV you are using is Pure ACV, or is it possible it is some of this stuff in the stores they now try to pass off as ACV, but it is really Grain Vinegar and listed either as artifical or Flavored ACV ?

For those who have reviewed the above posts about ACV and it’s Benefits and problems it may cause some folks, is there something one may do to reduce the problems ACV may cause and still use ACV?
It may be possible for those having problems with Bloating etc by the use of ACV that one may double the amount of BSM used with ACV and take some good Probiotics that this may Improve ones results? For by increasing the BSM enough may provide enough Buffer to overcome the Fermentation effects of the ACV?
Otherwise one may need to switch to using Lemon juice !

The ACV of course has been proven in many healing modalities but we are refering here to a "fasting modality" in particular. Do you have any data that compares the nutritional components of ACV to lemon juice.? Do you have any mixing ratios for making an ACV drink for fasting?? Have you ever "fasted" with ACV?? actually my understanding was that you should not brush right after taking the vinegar, because that’s when the enamel is in it’s ’weakened’ state, but maybe I’ve got it the wrong way. I don’t personally time the ACV with brushing my teeth in any way to be honest, I highly dilute the acv in water and/or juice, and afterwards I just make it a point to sort of run my tongue/saliva all over my teeth in hopes of neutralizing anything still actively acidic. ACV is a queer substance in the body. If you happen to be over alkaline, it will help to ensure that the calcium stays or goes into solution to keep it from collecting in the body and causing problems. If you happen to be acidic, ACV will help to activate any calcium that is ingested allowing it to taken up and used by the body. However, the key is that when you are acidic you must have adequate calcium for the ACV to activate. In the absence of adequate calcium, the ACV continues to have more acidic effects in the body. This is a reply to this whole subject in general, rather than to the above post.
Perhaps there is confusion between mineralization and alkalization. I can see how making sure a person is sufficiently mineralized could lead to them being ”alkalized”, but I fail to see how drinking ACV can ”alkalized” them. I wasn’t sure which forum to post this in, since there’s no ”Skin” forum, and decided to post it to a few different forums.
I had a variety of skin problems: warts, athletes foot, morphia, dandruff, always-damp skin, crusty skin.

In reviewing your posts, I believe you seem to be taking ACV with every meal or at least much of the time?

Maybe if you take ACV internally as was as externally? Why did the mole come to the surface in the first place if there was not a signal sent on the celluar level to create the mole? Used externally, ACV may even elimanate a mole but taking ACV orally three times a day might convince one’s body to send the cells healthy signals to the surface?

I believe this subject needs some clarification.
If the apples from which the apple cider vinegar were made in the begining, contained plenty of Alkaline Minerals and the process of brewing the vinegar does not remove these Alkaline Minerals, then the Apple Cider Vinegar may create an Alkaline reaction in the body.
In this case one may say that the ACV causes Alkaline forming in the body!
But as is always the case in most conditions, nothing is set in stone.

Generally speaking I would think that if it’s kept out of light in the proverbial ”cool dark place”, ACV doesn’t need to be refrigerated. If your room temperature is around 20 C / 67 F, that should be fine. There may be other factors that I am not aware of. The quality of the ACV may have an impact. . Schulze himself has said that real, live, raw ACV can’t really go bad - ”’cause it’s already bad” :)

After reading the Bragg’s book on ACV, I started taking 2 tsps. ACV (Bragg’s brand) and 1-2 tsps of honey in glass of distilled water three times daily. I developed an abdominal cramps after a few days. I had stopped taking ACV and the ache actually gone 2-3 days later.
Then, I decided to decrease the dosage (1 tsps) and tried again. The same abdominal ache came back after few days . Firstly, i wish this forum was more active. There must be lots of acv success stories to be told.
I’ve read ACV can dissolve calcium deposits, i have them under my skin on my arms, and who know where else internally. I have hypo, so before Armour, i was not metabolising calcium properly. I first thought they were lipomas, but don’t move and are painful to touch.

The ACV enema has just recently come on my radar as I’ve become more concerned about too much candida. What I’ve been reading is 1 tablespoon of ACV to 1 quart of water. More than that is too strong. ACV in too high a concentration can strip the good mucosa lining from the intestine. And since you are on an extended fast, there is much less inside to absorb the ACV.
I really don’t know enough to advise but I think ending the fast carefully would be one place to start. I think the stripped mucosa needs to be replaced - maybe probiotics.

I started battling candida 7 weeks ago and thnk most of it is gone now. My symptoms are gone and I’m feeling good. :)
However, I want to make sure the candida is really really gone, as to not give it a chance to quickly regain power when I start relaxing my diet! So, I’m considering to trying some anti-fungals I haven’t used yet:

Even tho Moreless tends to recommend the lemon juice for those with poor adrenal function, I have healed just fine using the ACV,
