I’ve done MANY liver flushes (probably more than 25). The two first times no stones came out. Third time, brown stones, probably a hundred or more. Then green stones started to come out of me by thousands. And then one day, nothing no more, for many consecutive flushes. 2 years after I went back to liver flushing after being on a low fat diet for so long, and stones again. ... ... I’ve expulsed some of these stones with beet juice or coffee enemas alone. Nothing to do with olive oil. ... ... Actually, very low fat diets such as the 80 10 10 diet are in a way not beneficial to the liver, because fat is needed to produce bile, which is the carrier for toxins the liver filters. Stagnant bile makes you also very prone to gallstones. If you detox without stimulating bile to be released, you’re gonna feel awful. ... ... But the good thing is that there is alternatives for bile production. Beet juice, turmeric, black radish are all great choleretic. So a fruitarian should use those on a daily basis for optimal liver health in my opinion. ... ... Liver flushing is beneficial, whatever you diet ...

Various fruits seem to be the most healthy and nutritious foods on the planet. They are potent medicines and each have a specific way that they impact the body. The fear of fructose has gotten so extreme that many practitioners are recommending to people not to consume fruits. Our primary source of energy is carbohydrates. Our best source of carbohydrates are fruits. Fruits are superior to vegetables due to their low ability to breed endotoxin and their higher mineral content in the skin of the fruit. Fruits also contain fructose which is awesome for regulating blood sugar both up and down. We need a diet high rich in fructose order to have optimal health. I think that Ray Peat is right for suggesting that we grew up consuming large amounts of fru ...

You need at least 2000 calories to live if you are female, more if you are a male, even more still if you are eating a fruit based diet. You will not last on a fruitarian diet if you don’t eat more! It depends what one consumes. Olives and avocados are naturally fatty fruits. Fruits are naturally acidic in the mouth but become alkaline after digestion. Hey, Forum, ... I have just been reading a site about emotional eating entitled shrinkyourself.com. While I feel this neglects the physiology of the matter and thus opens you to self-blame, I really know I am a so-called emotional eater. I cannot really be helped by this information alone, though emotional eating is (of course) the source of my failures to fast long enough to heal... my emotional eating is .... I guess something I need to share about here. I mean, it is totally overwhelming, and there IS no alternative when I get compulsed to eat. ... ... ... Maybe I should say I have not yet d ...

Because my elderly mother (recently deceased) had diabetes and a raw fooder friend I invited to live/work in our house and I thought she could get her blood sugar under control very quickly on his raw food diet (and, sure enough, it happened -- fast too) plus I wanted to be on it for independent longevity reasons, all three of us were on his raw food diet starting about seven years ago. It wasn’t just fruits and vegetables: We also had smoked salmon and some other smoked fish (nothing ’cooked’ at above about 117 F but various meats ’dried’ at that temperature). ... ... Hi ... ... well I think your partly right. Some fruit is easy to digest and assimilate - excluding some I can name disagree with me (orange, banana, tomato, avacado, coconut, mango - of course this depends on your ailment, constitution, dosha, blood type or any other individual intolerance or allergy). Pears seem to bloat me. Apples I can take easily. ... ... But, as I said initially most people suffer with some form of bacteria overgrowth unknowingly, and most nutritional information on this problem encourages complete avoidance of sugars - including fruit, to allow killing off the excess bacteria ...

You should read this book, the PH miracle by Dr. Robert young. This is a diet that includes 80% raw food and a small amount of cooked food. In my opinion this is the best vegan diet out there and it is something you can actually live on. Whether or not you want to do it for the rest of your life is up to you. ... ... I did this diet for over a year and I felt amazing on it. You need to figure out for yourself if you are the type of person that can live without meat or not. Personally, I feel much better while eating meat. If you go a year on this diet your body will get so in tune with itself t ...

MH is now considered a researcher? One of the huge problems with fruitarianism, which I have practised long-term and am in principle in favor of, is that it is promoted by this sort of mis- (or even dis-) information - The Fruitarian One has not been eating only fruit for 10 years, and he says so himself. Only recently he was eating stuff like bottled salad dressing from a store - I don’t consider that to be an all-fruit raw dietary. What he sayas is that he has been ”on this path” for 10 years - that can be interpreted broadly, and, in this case, should not be interpreted to mean that this person has been eating nothing b ...

However the culture I am refering to is as I said, a very recently discovered, in historical terms, culture living in Ecuador in South America and they had , to the conventional investigators view, a most sohisticated honeybee husbandry. Not at the moment. I think I first read about them in some publication in the last two years. They were only recently discovered, their remains that is, on the coast and upland in Ecuador. They were supremely pacifistic and so they got wiped out at some point. Part of the archeologists interest was that they, like the Moche culture farther south, made thousands of figurines and masks, all individual and highly stylised. They have been labled the honey culture because the evidence so far reveals that their main food was honey. [End]
