    I’m going through gb/liver flushes now, it takes a year, and some effort on your part. They did ultrasound, hida (26%), CT, sorry no stones, but I sure have flushed allot of them out.     T2, ... ... I’m not aware of any testing with abrassarti but my take on this is that you don’t mess with the inner domain. If you think it’s having trouble coping, then water fast and then feed it the foods that it is biologically adapted to in the form that nature provides it. During a water fast, the gut flora hibernate and when you start refeedng, they resuscitate and all being well come to a natural balance which holds true throughout the digestive tract. If the tube is kinked or collapsed there, then undo the clamp (when the bag is empty) and slide it a couple of inches up or down the rubber tube, and then try the enema. ... ... 3. I let some water out, hang the bag high on my shower head, and then lay on my back and stick the anal nozzle all the way in yet nothing happens.     I have been fruitarian for 6 months (2nd method) and have cure myself 100% from colitis. I love it, but whenever I go back to the old diet -veganism, I experience old symptoms. Forget the various supplements- nothing works! Just do fruits and veggies and your body will love you :)   [End]

    That would be my guess! Fruit does not feed candida....fats/processed foods/animal proteins do by supplying the perfect environment for candida to overgrow.     I can’t think of any reason not to eat the cherries, other than they’re very cleansing (especially blood purifying) and you may get a strong cleansing reaction. ... ... Pineapple is very cleansing too, the only downside is it can cause sores in your mouth (the enzymes digesting your tongue! heh) I can’t eat raw pineapple straight, I have to juice it for this reason.     nope i dont work out. haha. about the skin looking flabby, it doesnt really apply for me i guess, coz i’m not...what you’ll call fat. i am already quite slim actually. anyways, it really does differ from person to person, the age comes as a factor too. if you’re older, it will be likely that you will get flabs due to the saggy of the skin since they are not as firm as they used to be. ... ...   [End]

    hi, first of all I highly suggest you not to go fruitarian with zero greens for more than 1 month, you might end up lacking minerals. You should AT LEAST add some green smoothie with spinach pr romaine, or celery juice, cucumbers and such. ... ...     for me, in less than one month i’ve lost about 18 pounds. used to be at 121 pounds but now i’m 103 pounds. i’m 5’4 and i’m also trying not to lose anymore weight due to the same reasons; family people are getting concerned. i’m doing this for health reasons but at this rate i am going, i gotta stop soon. in my first week, i already lost about 4-6pounds. it was easy once u get pass the stage of craving for cooked food. ... good luck.   [End]

    5/week doesn’t seem like too many. Just don’t forget your olives, walnuts, coconuts, pumpkin seeds and other healthy fatty foods. It’s good to get a wide range of nutrients. (i.e. walnuts have lots of omega 3’s and 6’s, pumpkin seeds have lots of zinc)   [End]

    As a pescatarian (the only flesh I eat is fish in moderation), I eat about 5 avocados a week for protein and their beneficial omega oils.     No, you can have 1 avocado a day and be fine - 5 a week is not abnormal, so long as you didn’t eat them all one the same day! The only thing you may want to think about is varying your fat intake (avocados are all monounsatured fat, you can include some polyunsaturated and coconut oil on other days to vary it up so your body is getting what it needs). And just be aware that medium-sized avocados contain about 30 grams of fat, so you may want to cut back on fat for the rest of the day after you eat one.     B-12, calcium and iron are standard :) Make sure the B-12 is the dissolveable methly type, and a liquid iron if you can. ... ... Though, I’d take a good multi-vitamin on top of that just to make sure. Garden of Life is supposed to be the best, as is a brand called New Chapter. Though because I’m a poor student, I take a multi by Nature’s Way called Alive! Energizer and it’s pretty good and costs under $15. I get the iron free version because I take a more absorbable liquid iron.
