the dorn method exercises are designed to do the same as a therapist is doing with the joints, they actively help to re-align so therefore it is best to do them after every activity to ensure that all joints are back in their proper position in case they got a little out of place during the sport/stretching activity that includes all kinds of sport including yoga, stretching and the tibetans.
