The following is the regimen I am following to eradicate H pylori infection (I think I have had it for at least 8 years) and a bit of GERD.
I was told by my homeopath who has since passed away that I have low stomach acid and that I should drink acv with my meals to assist with my digestion. I am also a thin older female, weigh less than 100 lbs. I have been gluten and sugar free for more than 3 months to prepare for the following therapy.
It is very difficult to figure out proper timing as most of the supplements I am taking are supposed to be on empty stomach. My understanding of empty stomach is 2-3 hours after a meal although I am trying to keep 3 hour interval.
All my tests are normal, I am not deficient in iron, B12 or any other minerals except I have high blood antibodies of h pylori and breath test came back negative. My doctor tells me we do not have stool antigen test in Toronto.
My doctor wants me to go on 14 day antibiotic treatment but after doing some research on the net, I have decided not to take antibiotics and do the following. However I do not want to mess up with my stomach flora and want to ensure that my digestion is assisted by the following rather than hampered by it, therefore I need opinions from expert like you to guide me in the order of what I am taking.
Started March 1, 2011
Between 4:30 am to 5:00 am: 1 tsp Active 16+ manuka honey straight from the spoon
5:30 am after oil pulling: 2 capsules (500 grams each) of nutricology mastica with a glass of 1 tsp sole, some lemon juice and DE water.
6:00 am: 2nd drink 1 cup of Pau d’arco and yerba mate tea
6:30 am: 2 oz home made cranberry juice together with 4 oz home made cabbage rejuvenac drink
6:35 am: Suck DGL (liquorice) tablet (1st dose)
7:00 am: Homemade kefir with lecithin, FOS, tumeric, black pepper, x virgin olive oil vitamin D and pepzin (zinc carnosine)
7:20 am: Homemade cereal (rotating amaranth, quinoa, millet or buckwheat) with soake almonds and soaked thompsons raisins, ginger and cinnamon powder together with 1-2 tbl acv with a bit of water and some cayenne powder
9:00 am: Cup of light green tea (3rd drink)
9:30 am: Cup of light green tea (4th drink)
10:20 am: 1 tsp Active 16+ manuka honey straight from the spoon (2nd dose)
11:00 am: suck DGL (liquorice) tablet (2nd dose)
11:30 am: Fruit – pineapple or mango or any fruit
12:00 noon: Organic egg, guacamole with corn chips, coconut flesh take 100 mcg selenium and after 15-30 minutes chew Source Natural Broccoli Sprout Extract 1 tablet
3:00 pm: 1 tsp New Zealand Beechwood honey (I am told it is very good antioxidant)
4:00 pm: cup of Pau d’arco and yerba mate drink (5th drink)
Between 4:30-5:30 pm: 1 capsule (500 grams of nutricology mastica with a cup of green tea or plain water(6th drink)
6:00 pm: 2 oz home made cranberry juice together with 4 oz home made cabbage rejuvenac drink
6:05 pm: Suck DGL (liquorice) tablet (3rd dose)
6:30 pm: Homemade kefir with lecithin, FOS, tumeric, black pepper, x virgin olive oil 1 capsule pepzin (zinc carnosine)
6:45 pm: Supper of either beans/lentils/meat/chicken with either brown rice, amaranth, rice, sorghum, millet, cornmeal flat bread, lots of onions, fresh garlic and ginger and red hot peppers and tamarind, lime juice, etc. 9:30 pm:1 tsp Active 16+ manuka honey straight from the spoon (3rd dose)
During the night 1 capsule of Dr. Ohirra’s 12+ or Professional Probiotic with 4 oz of water.
Any suggestions would be welcomed.
