Congratulations on completing 20 days! I've never made it past 11 in all the times I've done the fast.
I doubt that pine nuts or tofu would "gum up" your works. Poor quality meats and refined foods are responsible for most "gumming". I'm a little concerned about the rash you said you had. I wonder if you suffer from candida albans? You may want to get some yogurt with live & active cultures to make sure you repopulate with good bacteria.
I don't know what your diet usually includes, so I can't speak to keeping off the weight you lost. Remember you'll gain about 5 lb just by eating again. I can't imagine you'll gain much back on a raw foods diet. :)
