I eat normally on the detox. Just no packaged foods or grains. The cilantro can be a soup or pesto. I know it is working to pull out toxins because when I went to 6 charcoal instead of 8 I started to feel dizzy after a meal at times. 8 stops this from happening. I may up it a bit more to 10.
Sample of a day.
Bfast 1/2 container unsweetened yogurt, raw honey, walnuts, banana
lunch apple and almond butter
dinner hamburger raw cheddar raw onion slice bacon smashed pot with butter and milk steamed kale
desert vanilla hagen daaz with nuts and chocolate sauce
the worst thing is the ice cream I want to make my own with honey and organic ingredients but lack time
the butter is CLA pasture butter from organic pastures actually good for you
chocolate sauce is sweetened with honey and made with organic chocolate and milk
the bacon and burger are organic, applegate farms, grass fed beef.
