Read "Milk Diet, as a Remedy for Chronic Disease" by John Porter.

John Porter was the head of the Mayo Clinic in the 1900-1930 era and successfully treated 20 000 patients with heart and other problems through using raw milk and rest, with more than a 99% success rate.

It's not just a matter of drinking raw milk though, I'd read the entire book before proceeding. In particular, you NEED to rest if you have heart or circulation problems.

In 3-4 weeks of solid rest and doing his diet you can get incredible results (I haven't done this myself so I can't verfiy for you). Results such as lower blood pressure from 230 to 140.

The other guys are also correct, (water) fasting and juicing can help over time. And fasting for 3-5 days is the best way to start the milk diet.

In general, no processed foods, nothing out of a box, can, carton, container.

Cholesterol is misunderstood, in general the more the better. You might be concerned about your HDL to cholesterol ratio though, if it's low then the cholesterol is doing a lot of damage control in your body and something you are doing is causing it.

With something like this, there is no quick fix, it will need lifestyle changes.
