friday after my fast i went back to water only. the next day, i felt sooo much better. i went to the cucumber and miso soup i should have had all along and my body felt great with it. i am sold on the light, watery foods thing. no experience like your own true experience!
since then, i have taken it very easy. i have begun exercising again. yesterday i went on a 9 mile bike ride, today a nice 2 mile hike into the barrancas behind my house.
i feel a need to break a sweat or i don't really feel like i did anything. my muscles are much weaker than they were before the fast, but i am building them back up.
