those metals levels are a cause for much of what is wrong with many people, also including the manganous ion as it uses the same protein and competes for presence in the dismutases, which affect corticosteroids, which affect everything, but owing to the complexity of the matter its not something that's practical for most to remedy and especially from any advice over the internet. If a person gets to where they understand it well enough though, they might be able to help themselves. lots of people look at "hair analysis" off the top of their head, but that doesn't indicate bodily levels, only how much is coming out of the hair. also, they neglect bodily hair. if they shave their pubes and put it in a baggie and analyzed it, would the result be the same as off the top of the head ? in my estimation, well over half of what is written on these boards is erroneous, even by those who appear to know what the f they're talking about. the average jamoke has no way of knowing. well, at least its better than nothing, maybe, except in cases of heavy metal chelation where people can f themselves up permanently. then there's the hepato- and renal- toxic herbs.....
usually its sick people giving advice but who is better to give investment advice - a rich man or a poor man ? that's why I never listened to economics professors much - if they were truly smart, they'd have taken their knowledge and made a fortune and not bind themselves to an $80k a year teaching job.
