Hello, V8 is a processed product that is devoid of enzymes which means your body will have to manufacture it's own to digest the juice.

Why you don't want to throw the pulp away? There aren't any nutrients or vitamins in the pulp because that was extracted in the juice.

Commercial juices will increase your diabetes rather than cure it. A commercial juice fast is like a coca cola soft drink fast. If you are having trouble with the vegetable juices try having more fresh raw fruit juices. They are all healing in their raw form.

Anyway you are doing very well. Keep improving.
