Just a guess: I think your body needs sleep to repair tissues.
When the liver dumps some of the stones and other garbage, it can function better, and now it is able to filter the blood more effectively. Since your blood is cleaner than before, toxins have a chance to exit their holding places in the cells and get carried to the most convenient exit (lungs, skin, colon, kidneys). This process seems to happen better during sleep, possibly due to the release of growth hormones by the brain during sleep.
You might be noticing signs of toxins floating about your body: zits, bad breath, crampy muscles, restless sleep, achy lower back (kidneys being stressed), dark circles under the eyes and white face (also kidney related).
(btw, feelings of tension (both physical and mental) can be soothed by taking additional magnesium, using supplements or food.)
If this is the case, you could assist the process by using whatever detoxing methods which are convenient for you:
detox bath (1 cup baking soda + 1 cup Epsom Salts , soak in very hot water for 30 minutes and follow up with a cool shower to stop the detoxing, to avoid skin problems). If you get dizzy, get out immediately and shower off, but don't shock your body by using cold water - just cool is ok.
detox foot pads
dry skin brushing
strenuous exercise (to sweat), if you are healthy enough
minimum of 8 glasses of water daily
lemon tea (assists the liver and kidneys)
banaba tea (assists the kidneys)
parsley tea (assists the kidneys)
colon and kidney cleansing herbs and procedures
Just cut & paste any of these terms and run a google search for methods or more information.
It's great that you're listening to your body and giving it more rest when it needs it. If you can, try to get most of your sleep when it's dark, to maximize your melatonin and growth hormone release.
