Pop a 6C Plumbum and if you feel a little better in a few minutes then you are still massively Lead toxic.
You can take Triphala, 4-5 3 times a day and the AMLA is for taking with your DMSA dose overnight.

Once you have DMSA there is no point to the high dose Ascorbic Acid. DMSA is safer than high dose C anyhow.

BTW: You have severe artheriosclerosis and that includes the blood supply to your kidneys. Also now have Chlamydia from the C.Pneumonia being thrown off the arterial plaque.

Distilled water only, no Calcium until this is solved. Even Salt should be white like Bobs Red Mill, and I wouldn’t stop DMSA for this at all. What makes the plaque is a mix of these critters and Lead causing mineral deposits.

Once you mop all the critters up with long treats you can treat Zoster and Chlamydia pneumonia a couple of times a day with short sessions.

I would make a combo of HSV-3 and C.pneumonia for this. Atherosclerosis from the CAFL is what I used but DNA is more effective.
