I have a lot of experience with LSD and I think it was a contributing factor to developing adrenal fatigue. It is long-lasting, very stimulating and it encourages you to push past your normal limits and it mutes the bodyís natural ícrashí and exaustion signals, inviting you to exceed them. ... ... I think it can give very valuable insights to healthy people with strong adrenals if used rarely and in natural, daytime settings. I recommend daytime use for healthy people because staying up all night forces the adrenals into 2nd and 3rd shift and exhausts them. I donít recommend people with adrenal fatigue take any kind of stimulant. Including stimulating hallucinogenic compounds. LSD, psilocybin, 2c-b, DMT. All rock the neurons pretty hard. ... ... I think it is most likely related to fluid and electrolyte imbalance which is variable in people with Gilberts and can be particularly bad around menstruation.
