... I think i’ve noticed myself that higher vitamin C doses seem to stimulate bile production. My  looser stools seemed to have more bile in them(distinctive yellow color). It could also be due to the fact that when stomach acid enters the duodenum it signals the entire digestive process. That’s why having low stomach acid is such a problem. Vitamin C may induce menstruation. The highest dosage you can take is 1000 mg each day and ensure you drink lots of water. Vitamin C is water soluble. The only ”scientific” explanation I can offer [for that seeming contradiction] is that a weak acid, e.g. the fruit acids [ascorbic, citric, and malic, etc.], does NOT require an alkaline mineral in order to expel it from the body, i.e. thereby not increasing ones overall acidity, whereas a strong acid, e.g. lactic, uric, sulphur ...   [retrieve this message]

I’m not sure what you’re implying by telling me about Ava’s death. The disease protocols I’ve read for cancer treatment are very specific and way above the daily high doses Pauling recommended. It’s hard to extrapolate from one case you present here w/o much info.
