I used to be vegetarian for most of my life and I developed countless health problem including cancer, Ankylosing spondylitis, and the last one was adrenal fatigue and hypoglycemia. Now I know that some of these conditions may be due to genetics but the adrenal fatigue and hypoglycemia only started to get better after I started eating meat to stabilize my body. It spit out tons of those chunks, and my boyfriend tried to clean it out and found nothing but black stuff. It did leak inside a small amount. Every now and then when it rained a lot I could see a drop of water coming down from it.         Over time, diet would have gotten rid of all of these problems. But when one is severely deficient, yes, supplementation is good. Some are too sick to do cleanses. Parasite die-off can cause one to feel quite ill. It depends on the person’s tolerance. I prefer healing crisis to the long wait of getting well nutritionally. So, get rid of the toxicity, supplement, and eat the diet as recommended. A good diet WILL get rid of parasites and heal the gut over time.
