Good find turiya. Thanks. I had forgotten some thing I knew only a few months ago (must be age related memory). I only remembered that Vitamin C and
Iodine are changed upon their encounter. They don't become worthless. It is just necessary to keep them apart for the original therapy. That is, if we are expecting iodine's work in the body; instead of iodide.

oxidized to dehydroascorbic acid.
Iodide is an essential mineral, and
dehydroascorbic acid is just as effective as a vitamin as the ascorbic acid
