I make a great big tossed salad every other day.
To be sure I don't get any bromine or glutamates, I toss it in a salad dressing that I make myself. I include anti-parasitical herbs like garlic, tarragon, basil, ginger, nuts, salt pepper, mustard, fresh squeezed citrus juice, olive oil and fancy vinegar. Blend in blender, pour over salad. I also eat lots of whole grains and legumes, and cook organic vegetables frequently in the winter.
