I read (a while back) that hot water destroys the nutrients in honey. That the better way to drink it, with the ACV or whatever, is to put it in lukewarm water. This way the honey is not compromised and it still melts, obviously, not as quickly though as it would with hot water.
I am interested in the ACV and lemon water. Is that a good mix? I was mixing Lugol's and ACV but if I read it correctly, ACV is time releasing the Lugol's. Is that correct?
