Mostly vegetables, salads with lettuce, cabbage, tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers etc. As a dressing - balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Can add some raisins and nuts for flavor. If you don't have problems with sugar - all fruit is great, especially pineapple. Recently I also incorporated Apple Cider vinegar, which apparently just by itself can do miracles. I've never heard puffy eyes explained by the lack of enzymes, but that would make sense as the lack of enzymes triggers a whole slew of imbalances in the body, from parasites and candida to more severe problems. Read up on any foods that are detoxifying and stick with them for a couple weeks at least. Hopefully the difference in your appearance will make you want to change the whole lifestyle for the better.
