i am living proof! i have many scars all over at varying depths and they are ALL healing just from doing cleansing and flushing. in fact they are healing before my eyes!
i have some raised keloid scars that are shrinking day by day and just a few days ago, one has started to smooth down to the level of my normal skin. i just looked at it the other day and noticed a section in the middle that was TOTALLY FLAT - and now the rest is following! i was under the impression that keloid scars never heal - this is not true!!!
on top of this, my deep scars are becoming filled. one scar that i was sure would never heal as well as the others is now healing the fastest! previously it was deep and never filled properly, lots of holes and 'texture' in the healing but now it is filling up with brand new tissue!
other scars that were previously filled quite well are changing colour from white to skin colour to match my skin! and those that were already skin colour, the very superficial ones, are blending out of site.
looking at my scars makes me understand what my body was doing when it created them - it was healing as best it could with the resources and energy it had at the time. cleansing and flushing has given my body the time, resources and energy to finish the job properly. trust me - your body never leaves a task half finished if you just give it the chance to do what it needs to do! this is all you need to do, and your skin will finish healing. i thought my scars were permanent - i never realised they were WORKS IN PROGRESS!
even more amazing to me is that i do not put a single thing on my skin except for 100% natural soap and sometimes olive oil. not even moisturiser and definitely no scar treatments! in fact the healing i am witnessing is working at least 10 times as fast as the most successful scar treatment i have used in the past. that is no exageration!
so keep cleansing, keep flushing, be patient and you will see your body's own amazing capacity to heal right in front of your eyes! you dont need to spend your money on expensive treatments - if your body is not ready to heal it will be hard for these treatments to work!
AND what is better than seeing your skin come alive and beautiful again is the feeling you get that maybe we are actually really lucky to be able to witness such a striking visual demonstration of active healing. for those who believe, it really is a sign from God!

congratulations! Very inspirational. May I ask when you started to cleanse, what cleanses you have done and are you following any particular diet? thanks!!

but it will be different for everyone!
i started cleansing about 2 months ago. it will be a lifelong project! i am that inspired by my results so far.
my cleanse plan originated from two needs:
1. to detox, cleanse and flush my whole body - to go towards the perfection of 'natural health' (and natural beauty!!)
2. to complete my plan with all natural (and therefore CHEAP) ingredients, with a minimum of commercial supplements.
these are the principles i followed, from reading and experience (copied from another of my posts in Bowel Cleanse Forum ):
1. supporting and improving the elimination routes (kidney, bowel, liver in that order and skin, lymph, lungs throughout)
2. acid/alkaline balance or alkalisation
4. diet (raw foods, food combining etc)
5. removing environmental sources of toxicity
6. assisting the body in removal of toxins (water soluble, fat soluble)
8. listen to the body (no matter what!!!)
these are the cleanses i did:
2 oz lemon juice, 2 oz OO, drink on empty stomach. fast as body dictates, resume normal eating when appetite comes back.
i combined this with oil pulling and partial fasting for about three weeks or so.
300-400ml kefir on waking (empty stomach) with 2 tbsp ground flax seeds mixed in. some days i added 100-150ml in evening on empty stomach before evening meal. this repopulated my bowel flora and got my BMs to 2/3 (and 4/5/6 lol!!!) a day. this i did for about a month and continue to drink kefir in the mornings after a short break.
enema a few times a week (3-4 while juice fasting, 1-2 otherwise). i did this for a week before and a week after juice fasting. my juice fast was only 3 days (lost too much weight!). enema solution was: saline (poor results), salt + soda (medium results), mae west coffee (good results), regular coffee (excellent results). i have switched over to only doing coffee now, 1-2 times a week.
egg/lime/oil with swf a few days in a row, then break 1 day, then another few days. i dont really remember how often, when i did these but i had great results (it was about a month or more ago i guess). i combined it with fasting.
i am working up to a HC flush in 2-4 weeks depending on what my body wants!
lymph, lungs + skin:
skin brushing, variety of detox baths (every day mostly!) successful combos = ginger, cayenne cinnamon + Epsom Salt no oil; green/white tea/ + Sea Salt or epsom + cover whole body in olive oil; mostly mix and matching all kinds of spices, herbs, oils, salts etc!! acupressure facial massage (the do it yourself kind!), reflexology massage (same), abdominal breathing, olive oil scalp detox (see hair forum)
rowing, yoga as and when healing crises allow. try to do brisk walk every day for 20-30 mins. trying to get around to starting skipping (got the rope, not the energy to do it!)
master cleanser drink, juicing, raw fruit and veg (increased to about 40% so far, some days 90-100% if healing crisis), chlorella (optimum source)
eating 1 or less food type in one meal. eating fruit and veg on their own and separately. reducing refined carbs/sugar. increasing % raw. no drugs, alcohol, coffee, black tea.
eliminating environmental toxins
got rid of all commercial soaps, body care etc (basically threw away everything that was in my bathroom!). switched to olive oil soap for body and hair (later all natural msm soap), oil hair with olive oil, use miswak for teeth, gave up make up until can find suitable non-toxic alternative.
assisting body in removal of toxins
drink 1/2 body weight in oz of water and herb tea per day. take good fats (organic butter, flax seed oil, olive oil) and use on skin.
that is pretty much it. not sure if i remembered it all but there you go! will add if i think of more!
good luck cleansing and flushing!!

That is great...if indeed it is true. The sad fact is that I have thought the same thing was happening to me soooo many times. I would get so excited thinking that my health regimen and my fasting, cleansing, and flushes were actually repairing my scars.
They would really look like they were filling in and healing, and then inevitably, a couple days or weeks later they would be exactly the same again.
It's kind of a cycle for me now. Some days my sunken scars will look like they are almost filled in and then a few days later, they are totally sunken back in again as they were in the first place. I am so used to it now that I know not to get my hopes up when it looks like my scars are filling. I know now that it is only temporary!
I have spent years working on my scars from a holistic nutritional standpoint and my scars are absolutely exactly the same. Actually, they appear to be getting more sunken in all of the time. It is as if the skin continues to atrophy. I look so much older than I am.
I am on the verge of giving up. It is just not in the cards for me to heal my scars. Some people are meant to heal them, others aren't. That must be it because I have tried EVERYTHING and they only worsen.
My scars have RUINED my life, and attempts to remove them have CONSUMED my life and I have gotten NOWHERE.
I am at the point now where I feel nauseated when I look in the mirror!
I just wish I could go to sleep and never wake up.

i feel really bad for you that you have been disappointed so many times. maybe there is one factor in your regime that is missing or something? though since you have been working on it for so long i am guessing this is probably not the case.
i cant imagine how you feel, but i know i have had a lot of issues with 'the mirror'. from a spiritual perspective, i have taken so many years trying to get over these issues and finally let them go. it has been a lot of hard work, but i have got to a place where i can honestly say i have worked through and overcome them. they will not ever completely go away i dont think, there will always be traces of them in my memory at the very least. maybe this is like my scars too.
it is only since i have laid these issues completely to rest that i have actually started to see things turn around. im not talking psychologically (that has been a gradual improvement) but the actual material fabric of the problems in my life is changing before my eyes (again - like my scars!). i attribute this to the spiritual truth conveyed in the parable 'the three loaves' and that is this: 'once you let go of this material life and desire only the life of the hereafter, God will set right your affairs of this world and guide you on the straight way to your reward in paradise' amazing!
for me, the only way out of unhappiness was faith. it can be the same for you if you choose! it is possible that no matter how bad things bother you, or how terrible your life is to get to a place where it does not matter in the slightest. no thats wrong - it matters even more because you are grateful to have experienced something that brought you closer to God and made you a better person!!
good luck to you plasticat! remember even if you cant change things on the outside you can change things on the inside and that is better in so many ways!

Just wondering how your scars are doing?
Are the scars still improving? Natural healing is amazing!
I am just starting to cleanse and detox, been doing a lot of research on supplements, raw foods, superfoods and different cleanses.
One thing that I just did for my hair was a apple cider vinegar hair rinse, its one Table spoon apple cider vinegar with 1 cup warm water mix, shampoo hair rinse shampoo well, apply apple cider mixture, leave on for a few seconds, rinse with cold water, don't worry about the smell it will not be noticable after the rinse & do not condition.
After trying it out for myself, I would say it is very nice, I usually have to wash my hair everyday due to oil bulid up but today, no oil! :)
What the apple cider rinse does for the hair is to remove bulid up residue from hair products and chemicals from the water supple, at the same time ph balancing the hair.
I read that apple cider vinegar is alkaline but have read mixed comments on it acidic rather than alkaline? ? ?...
I also read how to make a apple cider vinegar face toner, which is one part apple cider two parts brewed green tea, I'm going to use my green tea mint and maybe give it an extra kick.
I think it might be ph balancing for the skin as well but am not sure due to the mixed reviews I have read on it.
I'm starting off my Colon Cleanse with psyllium husk, that I ground into a fine powder and hydrated Bentonite clay, aloe juice, herbs, apple cider, apple juice and maybe some lemon juice, I dont wanna add to many things at once
next I wanna do a liver/gallbladder flush
and then maybe a pineapple lung fast
and then maybe a juice fast
I also want to do dry skin brushing, and steam bathing & body wraps with the bigger type ace bandages that you can get with aztec clay and a apple cider vinegar mixture or different combinations.
I wanna start growing kefir too, water kefir, milk kefir, and kombucha juice/tea/ probiotic
I am going to try to grow the milk kefir in coconut milk, I think that would be a nice flavor and vegan kick but am not sure how well it will grow.
and I wanna start growing and juicing wheatgrass & barley grass
and wanted to try some supplements like, krill oil,
Co Q 10, kelp powder, spirulina, chlorella,
Oceans alive marine phytoplankton, MSM powder,
N-Acetyl-Cysteine (Nac) powder,
alpha lipoic acid, (resveratrol & acai powder mix)
I feel that there are natural healing powers in detoxing, fasting, and eatting raw organics, I think God has lead me to this path!
God bless :)

respected "ozone bubble", im very happy to read your review. i had large mole on my right chest near my arm which never made me feel good. 18 years i had it and finaly searched for a good hospital for mole removal on google with disappointment. but first search result was "dermatend". i bought it which came with a healing balm which was optional for faster healing. my mole was flat and had many small moles on them. so the treatment was to use a toothpick for flat moles and a scrubber (sand paper-like). this product was famous and had good reviews on its official site. so i tried ones with toothpick which didnt help for couple of weeks but later i tried with the scrubber. the procedure was-
1. scratch it until the pores open (area gets reddish)
2. use warm water and wipe it (slightly burns)
3. apply the product (burns too much)
4. couple of minutes later, wipe it off.
finally i had the scab formation which was the correct result for a mole removal. but it was not complete, it was only 1/4 of the mole. which later got some whitish puss-like, i guess some infection because of dampness. i got fever. i was alright and finally found that the scab was covered even outside the mole. which later turned into keloid-like. i was happy to see that the keloid was healing and reached till the mole and with no scar on the normal skin but after that when it was on the mole. the keloid showed a slight sign of healing but its taking too much of time and im worried. im even applying the healing balm from past 3 days which came with the product. it gives a slight, very very slight itchy kinda burning sensation. i'm worried too much and read review that keloid wont go. some people's revieve was like for 10 years it didnt go and they were talking about some blood-root or something i dont know. but finaly when i found your post, i felt so relieved. im sorry to write such a long expanation but i'd appreciate your help.
