Just sharing...
I have been using a mixture of AVC & water to remove the buildup from my hair.
It works really well and fast, and gives the hair shine and body.
I rinse my hair first, then massage the AVC/water mixture on,rinse off and then
shampoo and condition as normal.

As a hair gel, I use a honey & water mixture. I use 1/4 tsp honey with about 1 1/2 oz. of hot water. I just put it on my hair and scalp and then blowdry. I had to ex.periment in the beginning because if you use too much honey it can make you hair
REALLY STIFF and can win out any hair gel on the market !
The honey mixture gives wonderful texture and great body!
