There doesn't appear to be a problem OPing with fillings. Most of us unfortunately haven't the funds to have them removed.
I haven't heard anyone talk about back and neck inflammation, but some have seen a lessoned need to go to the chiropractor. There may be a correlation there. If you read some of the old posts or the recommended ones you will find a wide variety of what benefits we have achieved.
Use the olive oil you have on hand. I have had good results with it. I use oo if I want an extra white smile. My favorite is sesame oil, but I haven't experimented as extensively as some of the others. I always put a drop or two if oregano oil in my olive oil and sometimes in the sesame. I'm not crazy about the taste of oo so the oregano changes it a bit. By all means use what you have on hand and then try the others. After reading about sunflower I avoid that one. Coconut oil is great but it's a little different because it needs do dissolve. Now that the weather is colder, I keep it on my heat duct. Hope it doesn't go rancid! We would love to hear all the uses you have found for it!
That's right a tablespoon, swish it around 20 minutes and spit it out in the toilet. Sea Salt
has been recommended, but just make sure your mouth is clean. Face too as some have gotten breakout from toxic oil leaks. Your toothpaste from health food shop should be fine. I use salt and soda. Pour a little in my hand, wet my toothbrush and clean away. I also use a water pic.
Once a day is enough to see results. That's what I usually do because my stomach is rarely empty any other time. Molly pulls after work as well and seems to get the best results then. Trapper pulls all the way home in his afternoon commute. There are no hard and fast rules. Only guidelines that we cross all the time. This has become one big fun experiment. Welcome to the party!
