I am taking COlonix at the moment and am just ending my first month - I think it has been amazing for me but I can see why it can have the reverse effect if you dont drink enough water. But for me it is a good reminder to drink enough water otherwise you reap the rewards or you suffer the consequences. I feel so much better and is relatively easy.

I took Oxypowder as well but mentally i could and can see the difference and the mucoid plaque which spurs me on further so i think it also has to do with personality types to choose certain programs. Oxypowder doesnt seem to have the same wow factor thought I am sure it works just as well and another thing is that you dont have to be diligent with water consumption like colonix needs you to be.

i really think it is a personal choice.

I did the Colonix cleanse for 3 months over the summer (it was my first flush ever!). I loved the results so I have been searching for other ways of furthering my cause to good health. I have been on the Toxinout program for 3 days now so I'm not sure what I can say about it yet, but I bought 3 months worth of that program too. I tried Oxypower after I finished with Colonix just to see what everyone was talking about and I didn't like it nearly as much. What a mess to clean up in the toliet! Splatters everywhere under the seat... I didn't like it at all. Colonix was nice cause I could see the results, with Oxypower I had no way to measure what kind of progress was being made.

Both products are good. They have different actions on the body.
I use the Colonix program at least once a year for a good cleanse of the lower intestine. The Colonix program also contains some herbs to help cleanse the liver and kidneys. Oxypowder just flushes the intestinal tract. I use Oxypowder to clear out both the small and large intestine prior to and just after a Liver Flush so that the stones don't get stuck. That means three days of Oxypowder at sufficient dosage to produce liquid eliminations prior to the liver flush, and then as many days as needed afterwards until no more stones appear (usually 3-4 days).

It's important to drink enough water with either product.
