hey your welcome! thanks for the gorgeous image!
as far as the dulse goes, yes, thats great stuff there! i am a BIG believer in seaweed and dulse is one of my favorites as its very mild tasting. definitely keep that up.
the nutrient levels on the living multi label can be a bit misleading as they use 6 capsules (i think) to measure the nutrient levels. so if you think you getting too miuch iron, just take one or two caps. i am a man and when i took the men's forumula living multi, i only took one or two a day and found that to be plenty for me.
as far as if the iron will be constipating or not, i'm sorry i can't say for sure. but i can say that the living multi from garden of life is the ONLY multi i ever took that was totally compatible with my stomach. i have a very sensitive stomach and all other multis caused me some stomach upset. but not the living multi. i believe this is because its almost completely food based.
another thing to consider is the your slight anemia could almost entirely be caused by lack of B12. your iron levels may be just fine. thats why you may want to get a separate B12. you can then experiment. take lots of B12 for a week and see how you feel, then stop altogether for a week and see how you feel. thats often how you have to approach these things, kind of experiment with different amounst of different supplement till you find the optimum level for you.
good luck!
