The potassium broth can be made by low heating (using a cooking thermometer) to keep the temperature no higher than 130 degrees and drunk warm. I heat mine sometimes for 6 hours or more. Also, you can low heat grains, beans and vegetables. By keeping the temperature no higher than 130, the foods remain alive in their raw form but are more warming than cold raw foods. Grains and beans are generally soaked first.
An easy way to do low heating is in a crock pot attached to a light dimmer switch (use a simple inexpensive crock pot without electronic controls, the ones with fancy electronics won't work with the light dimmer). A table top light dimmer with a slide or rotary control will work to regulate the temperature. Grains and beans should be soaked first. I've low-heated some grains and beans for 24 hours or more, other things soften in 6 hours.
There are no hard fast rules for how to do things, try and see what works for you, but if I were trying to heal my ears, it seems like keeping them clean and free of excess ear wax would support that process. Do you have alot of ear wax? Generally vinegar in the ears will be less of a problem than water and is actually somewhat drying. Mullein Oil might be helpful to disolve the ear wax, or even hydrogen peroxide.
