I think you need fresh pineapple. I ate a small bowlful last night of precut chunks in their own juice that we can get from the local supermarket. Today I feel brighter, last night I slept better than I have in weeks! I think the thing is that the pineapple is very high alkaline (apart from lemons, which is the highest) and everything - candida, critters, viruses etc HATE alkaline, so they all get out of the way as fast as possible! Bromelain also digests their protein, so if you left them without an enema, they most likely would dissolve in your gut and you wouldn't notice them so much. I am going to eat pineapple every night before going to bed. Can't beat it!
