Alot of things like that often get misdiagnosed as blemishes, Keloids, scar tissues, etc,,etc.
The last -- if ever-- diagnosis will ever be a parasite, even if it actually IS a
parasite cyst.
First, i'd confirm it isnt anything cancerous- such as Basil Cell Sarcanoma, which often looks like a waxy nodule on the skin.
If I were you and there was a suspicion of parasites, I'd get some
Wormwood tincture, and dowse a cotton ball with it-- then cover each night with a band-aid over the
Wormwood saturated cotton ball.
Also, (and this is especially good for skin cancer-- and parasites), you may want to purchase a drawing out salve like Cansema ointment. The FDA - via drug company pressure- won't permit Cansema Blood root paste to be sold to the public because it worked too good in actually killing cancer cells. You can purchase some made in the same fashion-- and sold for livestock (which I would think is quite ok to use on humans)
I purchased the $26.95 container of blood root paste from
http://store.bevanpotter.com/index.html and am saving it in the fridge for when/if i or anyone I know will need it. It is in the same caliber as the original Cansema ointment. Even though it is sold in Australia, I had no trouble receiving my package from them here in America.
Also, I would pick up some of those Detox Pads- and instead of using them on your feet, I'd stick a detox pad each night on that lump/cyst every night.
My mother used a detox pad on a cyst she had on her foot- and that night it went away. I dont know how quick with your situation, but there is a "drawing out" action with these detox pads that can help.
the best deal i've found on detox pads-- and she ships them asap!! is:

To get to the root of your problem, i'd concentrate on keeping your bowels and colon clean- and start doing colon cleanses, as well as drinking more water between meals to flush out toxins. Sometimes a
parasite larvea stage may make it's way to the skin because it can't exit out the colon if it is backed up.
