I love Dr. Schulze 's Superfood better than any other dried food formula I've tried. But I wanted more things in mine, so I started making my own. I'm up to over 20 ingredients now, including: spirulina, brewers yeast, barley grass, wheat grass, spinach, chard, kale, cilantro, parsley, dulse, kelp, alfalfa, citrus peels, rose hips, burdock root, garlic, ginger, oat straw, and dried sprouts from broccoli, alfalfa and clover. I'm sure I'll continue to find more herbs to add to it, too. It is so much fun to find great produce and dry it into Superfood! My last batch has tangerine peel in it and it smells heavenly. Try making some out of this year's harvest and enjoy!!
