I have the same problem. It could be either that you tend to rest your chin on your hands at your desk-- or you touch your chin alot.
or it could be a detox situation --where old toxins are coming out in that area.
After i had my last metal fillings removed, this problem happened right after I began using a metal chelating mouthwash. It also happened once before when I still had metal fillings in my mouth- and swished oil in my mouth each morning.
I'm thinking it could be heavy metals leaching out through my pores that were formerly dormant in my gum/facial tissues.
The patch - in my case- is always on the left corner of my mouth--and right up to the lip. I normally have pretty nice lips-- and enjoy using lipglosses because of that. Now, wha'ts the point, til it heals.
Good news is- I got a needle and cleansed it in peroxide-- and pierced through each bump . Then added more peroxide on the skin.
the next day the hardness sloughed off of them, and they became regular whiteheads.
I poked them again and squeezed out the pus with clean fingers. Then doused the area with hydrogen peroxide again.
I just got that Miracle II soap and Nuetralizer and used both on it- and now only 2 whiteheads remain and they are now scabbed. The soreness is going away too .
I expect that they will be gone soon now.
I really do feel they are a result of toxins -- perhaps mercury- leaving the skin pores.
