Oregano oil is NOT a standard type of enema, so you should be VERY careful, experimenting with your body. As the first message above says is to well, intestines are fragile and they have very few pain nerve. Sooooooo, when you feel pain in there it is to be taken very seriously.
Oregano oil comes at various concentration and what might account for 4 drops in yours could be the equivalent of 1/2 a drop in someone's else o.o. or vice versa. You have to be careful about this all.
I totally agree with the first message. You just dont put anything into an enema. There are standard enemas recipes: http://curezone.com/cleanse/enema/#Different_Enema_Recipes
Stay away from salt enemas, so many of us are salt deficient and then the enemas goes all wrong as your metabolism absorbs it instead of letting it all out.
As you can see there is no such thing as an o.o. enema. However, apple cider vinegar - like o.o. - kills candida. Furthermore, ACV enemas reach higher up in the intestines. Stick to the recipe, do not overdo it or you will end up with inflammed intestines and likely leaky gut.
are fantastic with candida (and safe with leaky gut), so are Probiotics Enema
s (recipe: lactobacilluss acidophilus) and simple water enemas. Wheat grass is okay on the candida diet (but I've never tried this enema), so are Epsom Salt
and garlic (like o.o. garlic is an antifungal).
