cabbage, and especially raw cabbage juice, is VERY good for the stomach and digestive track. it can cure ulcers in days. it can help to decongest the liver, and can clear out the colon, heal intestinal ulcers, and normalize the ph of the digstive track. it is a wonder food, and more should do it. my favorite is cabbage, apple, giner, lemon juice with some apple cider vinegar. it really rocks. not enought people know of the amazing helaing properties of cabbage, i am a big fan. i am going ot try to ferment my cabbage juice, we'll see how that goes.
