I have candida (i got 3 colonics and i get white stuff out of it - i thin kits yeats) and i am trying to control it by changing my diet. I eat green peas (not the english peas or the soaked ones - i just buy them raw in the grocery store and soak them in water overnight) for lunch and dinner. Is that allowed? can i eat basmati rice? I am planning to do paragone (parasite/candida) clense. Anyone had good results with it or used it before for candida.

Indeed, the white stuff is yeaste. Was it the rishome (thread), flakes (lools like small pieces of toilet paper) or spores (egglike)?
Diet is not enough to control candida. You need
Diet: peas are okay - like Emrald mentioned some of it varies from person to person due to allergies (side effect of candida that develops intolerance to certain food). But all veggies, except potatoes are okay- some diet clain that carrots and beets are too sweet - I do not agree. But you might want to go for the strict diet and eliminate them as well.
No Sugar (not even fruit- except lime lemon and green apples)
Rice is a no-no for me. It constipates me. But rice itself is gluten free so it is okay. The whole grain rice is much better than any white rice though.
2- Antifungals you can get from your doctor (chemical) or use a natural antifungal: garlic, peau d'arco, oregano oil, Grapefruit Seed extract, coconut oil. If you use the natural one, you need to rotate them every 3 to 4 weeks - otherwise for some reason it is no longer efficient.
3- Treatment the paragone cleanse is a good start.
Then you might want to try psyllium or P & B shakes.... and later on you will need to focus on your liver and cleanse it properly. But one thing at a time. Now you should focus on your colon and intestine.
Don't start the 3 at the same time, step by step, diet + antifungal, then the paragone. Never start with the full posology (to avoid heavy die-off). Start mild and move slowly towards the full posology.
I noticed that you mentioned:

I have just recently begun a rather strict diet of no sugar, no gluten and no dairy or fruit. Why would lime, lemons and green apples be OK? I want to do the liver cleanses while I am on this strict diet, but they require the use of lemon juice.
The reason I want to do them (killing the candida and the cleanses) simultaneouly is that I have muliple chemical allergies and I am very tired of living this way (I feel fine in my home, but I cannot go out much). As a result I would like to clean my liver at a 2-3 or 4 week interval while killing the yeast infection. Plus, I have been using P&B shakes with caproil as an antifungal for several weeks (and garlic cloves in the last week) and would think the immediate die-off would be less potent.
Can you let me know how much of the antifungal ingredients I could use per day and if there are any specials preparations I should use: peau d'arco, oregano oil, Grapefruit Seed extract, coconut oil? Can you use several of these together?
Also, how long do you suggest one should stay on this diet (to get rid of the yeasties)prior to introducing fruits again and eating a healthy diet (no processed foods)?
What is included in a paragone cleanse?
I know I have included many questions. . . ! You seem to have much knowledge of yeast infections and I would greatly appreciate yours (and any of the others) input on these questions and further general information if you believe it is important as I am new to this.
Antifungals. I rotate - every 3 weeks - garlic and GSE - just use whatever quantity they recommend on the product you buy for the concentration can vary from one brand to the other.
Liver flush- It is advisable to do the intestinal cleanse BEFORE the liver flush. You say you've been doing P & B shakes - fantastic. You have a few options here.
I would advise that you carry on for 6 to 8 weeks before you start cleansing the liver (the liver is overworked in many ways because the intestine is too toxic, so cleansing the intestine is helpful for the liver). You could help your liver meanwhile by skipping a meal (lunch?) and drinking plenty - either vegetable juice - or else a bit of lemon in water (lemonade-no sugar) and it woudl ease your liver digestiev function in favor of the cleansing function it needs to work on as well.
Or you might want to start with liver cleanse right away- When you do the lemon - or grapefuit - liver cleanse - you can only do one every second week. And in between you could still carry on with psyllium - or with P & B shakes.
ONLY DO LIVER CLEANSE UNTIL YOU GET AN OUTSTANDING ONE- usually the 3rd or 4th. Then take a break and deal with the intestine and kidneys.
Do you do enemas? You should do ACV (apple cider vinegar enemas).
Always do an enema the day after the liver flush!
Yogurt is okay- you should take some with every meal -or else take yogurt supplement. These bacteria compete with candida in their environment.
Lemon/ lime - Lemon changes the acid/base equilibrium of the stomach in a way that forces the liver to give out a bit of extra bile- this is basically how the Liver Flush works and also why i suggested lemonade along with the intestinal cleanse.
Apple/ most diet model will say that apples are a No no! I take one a day, (green ones are not that sweet) because they contain pectin. Pectin is a nutrient that re-establsish the stomach/liver equilibrium. I do not know if you have ever use Kaopectate for stomach issue the pectate ingredient relates to pectin.
Allergies are a side-effect of candida- You aer right to think they will become better when your liver functions better but, one step at a time. Liver Flushes are very taxing on the body.
HOW LONG ON THE DIET + antifungals + cleanse + treatment + probiotics? Until you can eat sweet stuff and not get bloated without using antifungals (we all cheat here and there and get the reaction EVEN WHILE USING ANTIFUNGALS. So the day that no reaction will arrive, I will try to stop using antifungals and see how it goes and if even that is okay then I will be over it)
I had chronic fatigue when I found out about candida and only understood completely what the diet and other requirements about 6 months later. I'd say that someone with heavy brain fog should expect to follow the diet for more than a year.
On the topic of cheating, you must read Shelley top of this page: HOW TO CHEAT. & also read NOTES ON CANDIDA. She taucht me most of what I know about candida. She is a nutritionist and she has had candida so she knows what she is talking about. SHe has her own forum here at curezone: ASK SHELLEY>
Post there to find out about paragone. I know it is good for she would always recommand it, but I never used it myself.
Shelley is the very best post there and read the answers to other posts. I keep learning from her!

I have never done an enemas. Truth be told -- I am a little scared. What are the ingredients involved in an ACV enemas? Can I find the 'recipe' in a particular location?
As I do have heavy brain fog (I think), I guess I'll have to stay on the diet for a while. I think I would be able to introduce more foods after 3 months, since I am presently avoiding dairy, wheat, soy, Sugar and gluten. What do you think?
I will continue to read the best of shelly . . . there is so much information. To talk to medical doctors you would think yeast infections were no cause for concern. I had no idea my many symptoms "talked about" in this forum were caused by yeast infections . . . I am totally turned on to caring for my own health . . .!!
Have you 'recovered' from the chronic fatigue or is it a condition that continues to plague you?
