Thanks for your reply. I have started using herbs and i have no feel of dizziness now. Those corn like things do not come. But the ladyfinger type seeds come. I am using Jaggery + heeng. Ajwain + Black salt. Vidang (E. Ribes). I also now eat neem leaves.
I am happy that i always used to suspect some problem with my head :(. Now i will not let mw stomach be invaded, all bitter meals are now my friends.
I had poor digestion since childhood. I will keep your suggestions and will try pinapple also.
