Hello fellow fasters!
I'm back for round two! I did an all water fast over a year ago for 10 days and lost about 20 pounds! it was hard but what I always say to people is, if I can do it...ANYBODY CAN! lol. This time I am going to incorporate juice into the fast, I think I will be able to last longer and I also do not want my metabolism to slow down too much. I was able to keep the weight off for months after without a problem but then I "let myself go". I was not anywhere near my goal weight after the fast so I have a ways
to go now that I've gained weight. Other than weight loss, I really hope to
clear my skin and get some
more energy. I will be weighing myself daily, not so much for me, but for motivation for anyone who may be reading this.
Today I juiced carrots, apples, oranges, broccoli, and a couple grapes! it was really really sweet..almost too sweet
hey there need a buddy? its day one for me. so far spinach and oranges for morning and strawberriees for lunch hmmm wonder what to have for dinner? jeje i couldnt do water since im currently taking summer courses
Hey! That would be awesome, the more accountability the better, I totally understand not being able to do water while taking courses, especially those rigorous summer courses. juicing can be messy with the clean up so I prefer to juice in the morning and drink that throughout the day, I know that may not be the best way to do it but that's the best I can do, how was Day One!
