Yes, I clicked on the link and read the ingredients of both. They both contain erythritol, and I found the following statement on erythritol:
"Studies seem to indicate that erythritol is the best - it's nearly non-caloric and does not elevate blood glucose or insulin levels, is not a laxative, and is eliminated rapidly."
I probably use too much Truvia on a daily basis because I just can't stand the taste of plain Greek yogurt, lemonade, or chicory coffee without it, but still it's never reacted with me in any way.
