I had the honor to have cooked dinner for Jerry and Joe Kane at my place in several occasions. And I did it as if I were doing it for a King and a Prince. They helped me save my rental housing unit from an Unlawful Detainer and from losing my newspaper business from a crook lawyer on a collection agency's lawsuit. The same occured to other Latinos who had the pleasure of meeting Jerry and Joe who also shared a dinner or lunch with them, and who were in great need of legal remedy. The two were inseparable.
Young attendants who came with their parents to some of Jerry's seminars in SF were delighted to see Joe, a young man of about their same age, talk so eloquenly about the law and history. He inspired this one young man, the son of a SF Police Officer, a couple of years ago. The youth, I was told by his father (who attended Jerry's seminar in several occasions), has been studying the law since then.
When Jerry was in the Bay Area, he lived on several occasions with Latino families. So fond was Joe of our culture, that he was learning Spanish. He spoke with me on several occasions and I corrected his pronounciation and taught him a few new words. I also taught Joe a couple times guitar notes... he seemed interested and was enjoying it. I regret I not giving him a guitar I was thinking of providing him with at the time.
I met Jerry and Joe in 2007.
He was a great man, a real human being who loved people and did everything he could to help others without interest for money."Give me gas and food and I will go there," he said when my friend Adilia was about to lose her beautiful house in Lake Tahoe. And the same was at other occasions.
What the corporate news media is doing now, by interviewing the enemies of the Freedom Movement in the United States and publishing conflicting and inacurate information about Jerry Kane - which associate him with the evilness of racism - is with the intention of tainting a whole movement that is awakining from the tyrany of the elite bankers. What they are saying are pure lies. The Second Amendment to the US Constitution clearly gives every American the license to own and carry a gun. And if Jerry owned one, it was because he feared for his life. And I have a feeling something extraordinary might have happened in that West Memphis highway on that day, in Arkansas, that caused the tragedy that killed the two police officers and Jerry and Joem and one of their two dogs.
Jerry, a legal seminarist, taught skills in how the people could defend themselves. He never advocated violence. His legal power was much more powerful than firepower. But he felt the government wanted to silence him for uncovering the truth about mortagage fraud, information that is now filling up the court houses around the country by the people, and finding out that there is a legal remedy to their debts. And the goal of Jerry was that: teach as many as he could the tools for finding and executing their remedy.
In the name of all Latinos who benefited from the teaching and friendship of Jerry, may Jerry and Joe's souls rest in peace in the Kingdom of God.

Jerry & Joe Kane Father and Son Killed In West Memphis By Police For Protecting Their Property Media Twists Abound 20th to 26th May 2010
Jerry Kane and his beautiful son Joe (age 16) were shot to death during an alleged traffic stop by law enforcement on Thursday, May 20th, 2010. Jerry, Joe and their two dogs, while on their way back to their home in Florida have been made out to be everything from drug smugglers to Hispanics, which we all know is typical of the media spinners. The police said it was a traffic stop. But their van had more bullet holes in it than Bonnie and Clyde's.
Jerry and Donna Lee were just married three months ago. Jerry spoke of ending his travelling to give classes and seminars across the country and was looking forward to staying close to home and enjoying his new life in Florida. They were happy.
Bombshell Last month, Jerry was stopped on I40 in New Mexico and arrested for not having a drivers license. He recently completed his administrative process for the unlawful arrest.
Coincidence? I40 sounds like the good ole boy stretch-of-highway, where if they spot you, and they already dont like you, you could get killed. Even if you are just a Dad and son with your two dogs on your way home, minding your own business.
Let's face it. If there wasn't a "traffic stop" no one would be dead!

That Jerry thing was pretty obvious... I mean look at the photos... where is the number plate they claim they used to identify them as the same two "men" that killed two police officers 45 minutes earlier with an AK47..??
And why is the car riddled with bullet holes, and the boy handcuffed face down on the ground when he was supposed to have been shot.
Why were they in a WalMart car park after supposedly shooting police officers 45 minutes earlier and not in hiding somewhere?
Why in the video does it look like their car was run over by a tank?

I would not be surprised the two dead cops were killed by the powers that be (PTB). The two cops might have seen too much and the PTB had to get rid of them. The PTB have special task forces for such occasions to prevent cops having to kill their "mates", which they would baulk at. The PTB have been known to do this over the ages, often killing shiploads of men who might return to their homelands and spread the word about the massacres of men and women on the land that they had been forced to take part in. "Things Are Not What They Seem".

All they are doing is SAYING what they think happened. where's the evidence? Have they buried it?
I will honorably accept the truth and apologize if you are right, but first we need to see and hear the proof. Until then it's all speculation except for the proof that Jerry and Joe were massacred by law enforcement agencies that participated in the shootout.

Law enforcement officials have still not identified the Kane's as the ones who killed the officers at the traffic stop. However, ALL the headlines presume it and all this drivel, false accusations, guilty until proven innocent articles have condemned them already. The only facts on the table at this point is that the Kane's were killed by law enforcement. The videos are all there. The pictures are all there. The statements by law enforcement and the media are all there but where's the proof?
Where's the video and audio of the Kane's shooting the officers at the traffic stop? NON-EXISTENT! Tell me the West Memphis Police don't have audio and video capabilities in the patrol cars. They should have been able to screen to the public within minutes what happened. This information is still not available. WHY?
Oh, and then the drivel about white Supremacy groups from...oh what did they say 10 maybe 13 years ago that exists no longer? Jerry was not involved with it . I wonder if the van was that old.
It kills me to think of all the tragedy that has been done. I feel for the Kane's (they left family too) and those who knew them and were helped by them. I feel for the officers and their families. I feel for the brothers and sisters in law enforcement who lost some of their own.
But WHERE is the proof that it was the Kane's who killed the officers at the traffic stop? Nothing goes further until that is proved and the videos and audios are aired proving that claim. Otherwise it is nothing but hearsay. This will not end until the people know the truth and the drivel by law enforcement out of their mouths won't prove a thing except a cover-up. Holding back information from the people by law enforcement is a direct violation of the peoples ability to control their government and police forces. It's the peoples information. NOT law enforcement's information. Law enforcement are the peoples SERVANTS.

We will miss Jerry and his son Joseph for the love and compassion that they shared with their fellow man and for their tireless contributions and effort in helping those in need. Our condolence and our love go out to Jerry's newlywed wife, Donna Lee. We also pray for the families of the police officers who were injured and killed in today's (5/20/2010) unfortunate shooting incident and we pray that no one should ever have to go through this type of experience ever again. May God bless everyone and allow Love and Peace to abound...

I first met Joe Kane when he was 14. He was a sweet, loving young man with a charming demeanor and a warm smile. Joe had a brilliant mind and quick wit, like his Father. Joe was also blessed with healing hands and he was always willing to help those in need whenever asked. Not into gangs, rap music, or drugs, he was a well rounded, wholesome young man with a healthy outlook and a golden future. Jerry and Joe were clean-cut and admired by everyone that made their acquaintance, not only for their knowledge and understanding of the foreclosure scam, but for their moral ethics and integrity.
Together they educated the people about the Mortgage Fraud and how to fight to keep their homes.
Joe adored his father and was always at his side. This was a terrible tragedy for all involved in what occurred on I40 and I hope and pray that the truth about what really happened will be revealed.

Crittenden County Sheriff Richard Busby and his Chief Deputy W.A. Wren were also injured in a shootout that followed in the West Memphis Walmart parking lot, ending with both suspects shot to death. On Thursday, two police officers were fatally shot and two wounded. “Two police officers in West Memphis, Ark., were killed at a traffic stop. The two suspects later died in a shootout with law enforcement in a Walmart parking lot. The Crittenden County sheriff and his top deputy were wounded,” USA Today reported yesterday afternoon. “The suspects, who have not been identified, were killed about an hour later after being spotted at the Walmart Superstore in West Memphis, across the Mississippi River from Memphis, Tenn.”

On the surface, the story seems like yet another instance of meaningless violence that resulted in the murder of cops and armed suspects.
However, there is something fishy about the story most of the corporate media is not reporting.
The white Dodge Caravan van used by the two suspects is registered to the House Of God’s Prayer in New Vienna in Clinton County,” WLWT5 in Cincinnati, Ohio, reports today. “Residents said the people who used the church said they were associated with the Aryan Nations and left about 10 years ago.”
The white minivan, according to additional information received by Infowars.com, had a ministry license plate. In the photo below, the vehicle’s license plate is missing.identifies the two dead suspects as Jerry Kane and his 16-year old son Joseph Kane.

The Restore America Plan came to national attention in April when state governors across the country received letters from a group called Guardians of the Free Republics. According to the FBI and the Department of Homeland Security, the letters stated that if governors did not leave office within three days they would be removed.
In response, Homeland Security and the FBI issued a joint advisory cautioning state and local officials that the group “could inspire or provoke violence from others,” given that “they advocate for their views through the use, support, or facilitation of violence or illegal conduct,” according to CBS News.
The site also offers a video class on mortgage foreclosure by the suspect Jerry Kane. Kane and his son “educated the people about the Mortgage Fraud and how to fight to keep their homes,” explains the above linked memorial.
