I was reading after I posted my question, that a little blackstrap is ok in moderation only after the gut flora has been replenished. I love that molasses, it has really helped my skin, and I need the minerals!
I found some really good greek style plain yogurt, it is solid like sour cream texture, i love it! (very tart also)
I do take SSKI which really takes care of the candida.

Sometimes it is fun to live like a normal person who is not a health freak (lol) but then we suffer the consequenses!
probably the most difficult thing to avoid is cheese.
Do you take spurulina, is that the green food supplement you refer to?
