While some individuals are able to better tolerate sprouted grains, most will find that consuming any form of gluten will only further the damage done to the small intestine (if Celiac disease is present), or exacerbate the symptoms resulting from gluten ingestion. for some helpful info. Also, have you read "Healthier Without Wheat" by Dr. Wangen? This book was very helpful for me in clarifying the ins and outs of gluten intolerances/allergies and Celiac disease. Take care!
