I take my probiotics in between
cleanses depending on if the
cleanse involves flushing out
using Salt Water Flushing. I
just finished a Master Cleanse
recently so waited until after
and am also incorporating a lot
of fermented food into my diet.
I make my own kim chi which I
add powdered probiotics too to
amp up the fermenting process
and puts even more strains of
good gut bacteria into my system.
You can google "how to make
kimchee" and find many recipes.
Raw sauerkraut, yogurt, or
kefir are other excellent ways
to replenish your gut with good
flora~~!
