Hi nile, I am not sure if you were asking me or the original poster. As for me, she first had me take a liver formula, as chemicals from mirena were most likely affecting my liver functioning. I then took something called Esprogen, female hormone support formula. I went through one bottle of this stuff. She also did a hair analysis and it turned out that I was low on most minerals, especially phosphorus (spell?). She told she was willing to bet that my anxiety would be gone once I was done with phosphorus. On my own I took st johns warts for a while and right now I am taking evening primrose oil. Those are the supplements I figured I needed and she didn't seem to mind that I am taking them. I believe it's a combination of all things that made a difference. In addition to exercise, she stressed the importance of exercise because that's one of the outlets for the body to get rid of the toxins (through sweat). Also, I take a really good multivitamin as well. I don't take everything at once. I do a course of one, followed by something else. I wouldn't be able to remember to take all of those things at once.
