This sounds really similar to what my daughter had. She always has had yeasty issues since the Antibiotics she got right after birth (thrush, etc)..

I found that I could make a weak hydrocortizone/monistat/zinc oxide cream just to take the flaring down.. I wouldnt use this regularly.. it was just her bum was so bad and she was miserable.. now that I know more about alternatives I might of done something else.

After that I had to take wheat/grain/dairy and soy out of her diet and it all cleared up nicely.. we are still battling the candida..

I would go see the "Ask Moreless" forum, his methods seem to have alot of success with children.
