Can I find all the necessary ingredients for parasite cleanse at a whole foods store? I ask because I need to go on a parasite cleanse immediately so I'd really rather not order it online and wait several days.
Also is there an accelerated parasite cleanse program which lasts maybe a week or less?
I need to get a Liver Flush ASAP because I am suffering from eczema and other skin rashes now after I broke my water fast. I never suffered from eczema before so it must be something from water fasting.

Thats a very, *Very* Tall order.
Its more of a lifestyle, from what I have seen.
But, it depends which kind of many you are hoping to kill. One could take Praziquantel to kill your small Tapeworms and flukes...you could visit specialty pet stores, if you are in a hurry...
We are still getting last (hopefully) big ones out after about four months of cleansing. The more we cleansed, the more we saw we needed a lot more to go. We finally got the praziquantel off the internet, which, in hindsight would have been good to take a lot sooner. No side effects at all, compared with *not* taking it, which has huge side effects, IMO. see-

Psyllium Husks for mixing with juice, or something. I won't touch homogenized milk anymore..
We bought Wormwood in bulk online, and grind that up and stuff in caps. We have a sizable pile of empty tincture bottles..
Oh ya, one more thing- you _don't_ want 'scattering', be on the super lookout for that.

No, I don't take salt with my water - should I? Why? I never read that in the Water Fast book I have ( Herbert Shelton ).
I just want to do a liver parasite cleanse as described for the preparation for Dr. Huda's liver flush. I was hoping though I could complete it sooner than 18 days as described because this eczema on my hands is killing me. And Dr. Huda's Liver Flush is not an traditional enema it just involves drinking certain liquids at certain times, nothing to insert and pump liquid into the anus.- Re: Can I buy all the ingredients fo... geritol

-The salt thing- some people are taking large quantities of salt, as a sideshoot of a parasite cleanse, implying that low salt contributes to conditions favorable for parasites. You may have salt imbalance (?), but that's my own thinking. I eat Sea Salt bulk from whole foods on my food. Sea Salt has the right trace minerals aside from NaCl. It tastes much different to me too; not the burny taste of NaCl 'salt'.
For the liver- there is a lot of discussion on the need to purge out the liver debris and released chemicals as soon as possible after the liver dumps them. Seems they are prone to getting re-absorbed into the blood, then the liver has to re-filter that stuff out. The one time I was late on my enema after a Liver Flush (egg yolk, oil and lime) the toxins re-absorbed, and I felt them settle in various places, especially my knees and joints, but it went away eventually.
** I'm no expert on liver flushes, but have done maybe 10 or so of coffee enemas and egg yolk, oil and lime. Maybe I'm blowing the enema angle up too much, but it makes a difference for me.
As a minimum, you might consider Psyllium (fiber) mixed in a liquid, to clear out colon first, before the flush.

If I were you, I'd do one cleanse at a time. I finished a 21 day Master Cleanse a couple of weeks ago. Then I began a parasite cleanse, and someone suggested I do P&B shakes to make sure all the particles were coming out. I normally have no problem with constipation, but the P&B shakes and the parasite cleanse got me a little stopped up. I did a Liver Flush in the middle of all of this, and I didn't get stones in the morning because I was too constipated. I eventually had to do a plain water enema, just to get things moving again. I never imagined I could drink that much Epsom Salt and not go! Well, after the enema eventually all kinds of gunk started coming out. I was glad to get it out, don't get me wrong, but I didn't get as many stones out as I would have liked (this is my 4th Liver Flush and I kind of know what to expect, under normal circumstances). The next day I was still getting little stones coming out here and there, all day.
I don't know if that is typical but I do think you should keep it simple. Do a liver flush, by itself. Then start a parasite cleanse. When the cleanse is over, it will be time for another liver flush. You can try the P&B shakes with the parasite cleanse, too, if you want to. I think they ARE supposed to get everything moving. But in my case, they didn't. I think it was a combination of the parasite cleanse, that and the liver flush. It was just too much. I drink over a gallon of water per day, so that wasn't it.
I just wanted to share my experience. It may not be typical, but I do think you should do one cleanse at a time. Why not do a Liver Flush right away, like I suggested? What are you waiting for?- Re: Can I buy all the ingredients fo... vorius

I have not done the Liver Flush immediately now for two reasons:
one is the eczema on my hand is starting to subside substantially - I am actually able to sleep at night now without that ungodly itch keeping me up! Today it has not itched at all yet which is just amazing! It's still an ugly mass of red lizard skin on my hands but as long as it continues not to flash with throbbing hot itching sensation I'll be happy!
The other thing is I have been sufficiently persuaded to not do the Liver Flush until I do at least some parasite cleansing. I am scared of the illnesses people talk about when doing the Liver Flush without parasite cleanse first.

This is a reply to # 1,378,482We did Liver Flushes (lime/oil/egg yolk) even before becoming aware of the parasite issue. We did not see anything except hot green liver juice, at first. We felt like a million bucks. Liver Flushes are good to do first, to get ready. Its like an oil filter change in the car. When you start parasite cleansing, an 'on line' working liver is a big help.
Oh ya, while at Whole Foods today, I noticed a 'para guard' or something similar type 'cleanse' product, so they do have something like that already.
