hmmm.. have to disagree with you on this one. I got stones that did not come across as chemical reaction. One was white and solid as a rock,
I have never seen nor heard of a white gallstone. Maybe it is something you did not digest.
they were also very mishapen and didn't look new. not only that but I passed many flukes and the pain in my liver/gallbladder has subsided substantially since.
The oil will stimulate gallbladder contractions, which will give some relief to the gallbladder. This also reduces the likelihood of gallstone formation. On the other hand it would be tough to get a real gallstone through the bile ducts, and if one were to get lodged you can end up in surgery pretty quick. So the contractions could have easily given relief without actually passing and gallstones. I still think it is to risky due to the risk of bile duct blockages. Lecithin, fiber, and bitters are much safer and these are effective for dissolution and preventing stone formation.
So even if they aren't real stones (which I think at least a percentage of them were) I am better for it. I do take your point though that bitters are important, I will start doing that.
but that's off the track a little. so simply by eating those things you mentioned and the herbs and focussing on fixing adrenals what likelihood is it that the graves can be 'treated'? are there other avenues that are important?
thanks for your help.
Other than building the adrenals it is also very important to prevent their weakening. Stress, stimulants (caffeine, nicotine, synephrine, etc.), and steroids are the worse enemies for the adrenals. I would also avoid adrenal glandulars and rich sources of polysaccharides (echinacea, aloe, most seaweeds, medicinal mushrooms, etc.). Adrenal glandulars will atrophy the adrenals, and polysaccharides stimulate white blood cell activity, which can aggravate autoimmune conditions.
Antivirals are a good idea as well as many autoimmune conditions have been linked to viral infections. Lemon balm, which also suppresses the thyroid, is a good choice. I also highly recommend chaparral and andrographis. Phyllanthus niruri is also a good antiviral, and you can also use it to help dissolve gallstones. If you allow this bitter to contact your tongue it will also help prevent their formation, especially if you are female.
