I am so glad I found this forum. I am hoping that someone can help me with my dog and the correct delivery method and dosage.
I have a 10 year old 107lb Akita who has breast cancer. I have her up to 13 drops, 3x a day and the only way I can give it to her is in some food. I purchased a wet (canned) food that has no vitamin C or ascorbic acid added. She eats it (laps it) no problems and she has had no side effects (unlike myself, but that's for another thread)
All the literature and information I read says to give it with water and or juice. I CANNOT make her drink on command. I guess I am just hoping that someone could tell me if the way I am giving her the dosage of Miracle-Mineral-Supplement is, well being most effective.
From what I read in the cancer protocol on Jim's web site, it appears I am giving the correct dosage.
So, the questions are:
1. How long should I give 13 drops 3x a day dosage for (for cancer)?
2. Is the delivery method most effective?
3. If not what other ways of giving the dosage to a dog that will not drink on command can anyone suggest?
Any help or suggestions as to where I can find help or answers would be gratefully appreciated!Advertisement

Adding Miracle-Mineral-Supplement to food usually neutralizes the chlorine dioxide in the solution, so I don't think your method would be all that effective.
Jim Humble has stated several times that the most effective concentration has around 1 PPM free chlorine dioxide. I would suggest that you mix up a 3 drop dose and add it to 1 liter of water. Let your dog drink the water throughout the day. No forcing is needed.

I'm afraid that she won't get the proper dosage then. She needs a fairly substantial dosage because she is on the cancer protocol and there is NO WAY I can get her to drink on command like that. I have emailed Jim and I am hoping to get a response.

Are you saying that your dog does not drink any water throughout the day?
By the way, 3 drops of Miracle-Mineral-Supplement in 1 liter of water is around 24 times stronger with available chlorine dioxide and about 5 times stronger with free chlorine dioxide than the 1 PPM that Jim Humble found to be so effective...

No, she drinks water but just not on command: ie, not when I want her to. So are you saying the dose is to high for her? She weighs 107lbs and Jim says to give 3 drops Miracle-Mineral-Supplement for every 25lbs... so I am giving her 13 drops 3 X a day in food.

Hello Lee,
What I am suggesting is that the easiest way to medicate a dog is to treat the drinking water. There is no need to force her to drink on command, simply let nature do it for you.
As far as the dose goes, I was simply pointing out that 1 PPM is what Jim Humble has stated as being very effective, and 13 drops of Miracle-Mineral-Supplement will produce a dose far exceeding the "effective" 1 PPM when it is mixed according to the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement protocol.

This is a reply to # 1,296,353Iodine would be my first choice for anything involving the breasts or prostate
especially. It is especially beneficial for these areas and dogs would be no different to humans. You can just add Lugol's to the drinking water.

This is a reply to # 1,296,353You may want to look at the yahoo groups Oleandersoup and Oleandersoup_for_pets. There is a product called OPC herbal cancer cure (I believe) made from Oleander that is used to treat cancer with much success. You might need to go to the beginning of the Oleander_for_pets one to find info, because people also talk about other pet problems. Also, you could do a search on curezone for Oleander or OPC herbal cancer cure sutherlandia (I think that is the company).

I recommend to syringe it direct into the mouth (without the needle)
I am starting with mms therapy with my dog too next week, but the syringe in the mouth worked with a lots of extreme bitter medication, too..
