Surgical scrub is
Iodine mixed with soap, doctors in hospitals use it, or are suppose to anyway. You can sometimes find it in pharmacies.
an alternatve home mix would be betadine or the equivalent mixed with liquid castille soap. more betadine than soap, just enough soap to make it lather...
shower with a wash cloth under very hot water, shampoo your hair etc, work from the top down... turn off the shower lather up from the top down, your entire body.. stand there 10 minutes then rinse with hot water. The directions on back of surgical scrub will say pretty much the same.. leave on 10 minutes.
use a clean towel to dry. tea tree oil in the laundry is one of the only things that will kill mites.
you need to get some 'food grade diatomaceous earth' (google it) for your house or else use boric acid around to keep mites at bay. the DE is ok for use on your dog too just like flea powder but safer.
mix up a tea tree oil, sesame oil and cocoa butter concotion (warm the cocao butter to melt it) to use on yourself daily. the tea tree will repel the mites. I suppose you could just put some tea tree oil in sesame oil too.
hope you feel better soon ,,, do all those things and you will definitely have long lasting relief..
