eat mostly raw organic fruit, some grains and nuts, and a few vegetables in the summer
limit your meat to a small portion once a week

reduce fruit in winter, eat a little more meat, only the range fed organic variety
no more meat than the equivalent of one can of tuna fish per week

switch to SSKI (from tahoma clinic) instead of regular Iodine and use in combination with Colloidal Silver , they even make a Colloidal Silver nasal spray, the stuff rocks

The things that have been most helpful for gettig rid of the stuff in my head are-

boswellia serrata (before and after brain scans are amazing)
clear by awareness life corp
snorting bloodroot powder (burns like crazy, not for sissies)
Colloidal Silver nasal spray
h202 distilled/water nasal spray (burns like crazy, not for sissies)
Iodine, SSKI , colloidal silver

Have you looked at the Marshall protocol? I personally cannot try it until winter, but the principal behind it is; boosting the th1 part of the immune system. It works on many chronic disorders, diseases, conditions etc.
It requires a few pharmaceuticals. Shroom
P.S I'm not really the one to be giving out advice right now, since I feel the same way you do.

If you have lyme then it could be shingles or bartonella.
Since nothing works for bart you might as well try +3g of Lysine and see if it gives you relief. If it does then follow Hulda's recommendation.

if u have roundworms (nematodes) like Ascaris , many of the herbs i took just made them mad and they went to my eyes. one dr i had said do not make Ascaris mad.
im not tryin to scare u or anything, bcos i myself am alot better, it just takes time and getting it little by little.
the thing i really wanted to tell u was that there was a few things natural things that i did that seem to kill the Ascaris without giving them a chance to wander.
one thing is very, very strong oregano. i cant remember the name of, but it was wildcrafted like came off a mountain top or something. this is not the oil of oregano, that did nothing for me, nada, but the actual herb it might have had some other herbs with it, wild crafted. like when u open the bottle the smell is so strong its crazy. i took like a handful maybe 6 or more capsules for 3 or 4 days and i didn't have any pain or headaches but i passed a toilet full of short white worms that im pretty sure were ascaris.
later i tried the same trick, but nothing happened. one thing ive noticed is that ascaris can become immune to stuff pretty fast. so u kind of have to rotate what u use.
the other thing that made me pass an ascaris was peppermint oil. from young living, u need a really good brand thats not polluted. i was putting it in my green tea like for days and then i passed an ascaris adult. so im thinkin stuff that has a really really strong smell knocks them out.
dont worry, u will get better, it just takes time.

For years I've had a sore spot that sometimes seemed to originate behind my right eyebrow.

During one bad period it sent shooting pains over my skull as though my scalp was splitting. So bad that I went to Emergency and they did a CAT scan. Nothing.

At other times it seemed to connect to the tender spot in my cheek center front, and into the right side of the bone in my nose...perhaps into my teeth where I have falling fillings.

Since Humaworm, it did not dimish, though I've been able to breathe much more freely, constantly.

This ache didn't bother me all the time, nor to the same degree each time. Last winter I noticed it many times as my nose got cold falling asleep. Sometimes it was strong enough to make me want to find out what was in there.

I had stitches in that eyebrow from a fall as a child. It also seems to align with an eyetooth that was pulled at age 12.

Well, it's gone.

I don't know why.

The only specific treatment I've had is four rounds of Humaworm. The disappearance may have co-ordinated with the disappearance of urinary urgency of about five years standing.

I also had some Hu-Mana-Tea, HumaCleanse, two footbaths in a 1% solution of H. crystal mineral salts (the full bath came after relief), and I had started eating Brazil nuts...for the selenium and other minerals. I think I was low.

It is very hard to describe the relief, the calm, and the peace of being in charge of my own body functions.

This relief seemed to be from a vanquished bladder parasite, though I can't 'prove' it scientifically. I may have been born with it.

If it is the one I saw, it looked like small, blunt bits of red thread in my urine...just a few, and only noticed on a couple or three occasions.

Whatever the cause of that headache, you have no idea how glad I am that it's gone.

I have asked two alternative practitioners, over the years, what could be causing the ache, but received no suggestions.

I encourage you, Andy, to keep on with your basic healthcare routines, adjusting them slightly wherever it seems right.

It took me a year and a half to cleanse to this point...well worth every moment of the wait.
